where Jesus performed his first recorded miracle of turning water into wine (John 2:11).
The two churches of Cana: The main church is the Franciscan Wedding Church, a small church with a courtyard.
The second church is the Greek Orthodox church of St. George, built in 1886, which house two stone jars that Greek Orthodox followers believe are the jars in which Jesus performed the miracle of the wine.
