' , '9 Ahad Ha\'am Street. <br>The original site of the Herzliya Hebrew High School (Hebrew: הגימנסיה העברית הרצליה, HaGimnasia HaIvrit Hertzelia), originally known as The Hebrew High School (Hebrew: הגימנסיה העברית HaGimnasia HaIvrit). The school was founded in 1905 in Ottoman-controlled Jaffa. In 1909 it moved to Herzl Street in Tel Aviv and was renamed in honour of Theodor Herzl. In 1962 the site was razed for the construction of the Shalom Meir tower. <br>Nahum Gutman (1898-1978) became known as prolific children\'s book author, and illustrator. Gutman is also famous for the mosaics he designed; they tell the story of the daily life in Tel Aviv and Jaffa.<br>The Mosaic in the western wing of the Shalom Tower tells us of the beginning of the city. The mosaic is divided in four different colors each representing a period in the life of the city.'))
