Mahane Yehuda Market (Jerusalem)

The Old Market Quarter is between Agrippa Street, Mahane Yehuda Street and Jaffa Road, half a mile west of Zion Square.

The outdoor market, where you'll find all sorts of fish, meat, vegetables, fruit and odds and ends.

On Friday, the place is really extremely active as people stock up on supplies for Shabbat.
It is the largest market in the New City and was established in 1928 and named after the neighborhood.
